Shipping and Delivery


Please wait for our notification email/sms as to your pickup schedule.  You may pick-up personally or book your preferred third party delivery service such as GRAB, Lalamove, etc.  Please note that delivery costs should be shouldered by customer.

Shipping Rates

Nationwide (minimum purchase of PhP 3,000) - FREE
Metro Manila (Purchases below Php 3000) - Php 150
Provincial - Php 180

      Shipping Schedule
      Metro Manila:  same day shipping after 3-5 days of production time
      Provincial:  7-10 business days after 3-5 days of production time

      Purchases are processed one day after payment has been completed.  Cutoff time is at 12 am.  All orders placed and completed within the cutoff schedule will be processed the next working day.

      Please check description in product page for processing/production time of items ordered as most of the items listed require a 3-5 day production time.

      We do not ship out packages on Sundays and Holidays.

      You may track your package as soon as we have shipped them out.  A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via email.  You may also contact our staff via viber (0966-2040123) to inquire as to the status of your delivery.

      Worldwide Shipping
      We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.  For inquiries on international shipments, please contact us here.


      Since we make use of a third party courier service, Hemlock Clothing will not be held liable for any delay in shipment and for any loss or damage incurred while product is in transit.
