ON MAKING A PURCHASE

How do I make a purchase?

Making an online purchase is easy!  Just click on the product you like and make sure you tick off your desired quantity and size (and any other variants available).  Your chosen product will automatically be placed in your cart.  You may continue to browse other products or proceed to checkout.

Upon checkout, just follow the instructions on the page and once payment has been completed, you have successfully made your Hemlock purchase!

Can I change purchases that I made?

Before finalizing a purchase, you may review your cart to make any changes you wish.  However, once payment has been completed, all purchases made are final.  You may opt to make a return though.  Please click here for our Returns Policy.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment method do you use?

We use PayPal as our third party payment gateway which supports VISA, Mastercard and Amex.  Apart from this, we also accept bank deposits/transfers thru BPI and METROBANK and payment transfers thru GCASH and PAYMAYA.

Do I have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase?

For an easier transaction process, it would be advised to create a PayPal account or login to your existing one.  However, should you opt not to, PayPal has a Guest Login payment option.

I want to use manual payment (Bank Deposit or Transfer/GCASH/PayMaya). What are the instructions to be followed with this payment option?

After having completed the transaction, please email digital copy of deposit/transaction slip to sales@shophemlock.com with your order number as subject heading. You may also send us your proof of payment via direct message in Facebook or Instagram.  Orders will only be shipped and processed once copy of deposit slip has been emailed. 

All orders will automatically be canceled upon failure to process payment within 24 hours.
