Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request and send back to specified return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please send the items you wish to return to our office address indicated on the FAQs page in the website.  Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in sending the items to us and back to you.  

We will issue you a refund in the form of store credits once we receive the items you have sent for return.  You may use these store credits to purchase any time in the website.  These store credits do not expire and may be used for multiple transactions as long as you still have available balance in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, selected items from the Hemlock Formals and Cocktail Collection and other customized, made-to-order or altered pieces.
