Returns Policy

Do you wish to return an item purchased?  Here are the following steps to facilitate your return process:
  • Drop us an email at  sales@shophemlock.com  OR  send us a message in FB or IG and indicate the following:
    • Order Number
    • Product Code/Style
    • Size
    • Color
    • Kindly send the item/s to our office address  within 7 days from receipt otherwise, all sales will be deemed final. 
    • Shipping/Pickup Information:
      • Address:  2 V. Angeles St., Kabayanan, San Juan, Metro Manila
      • Contact Number:  0966-2040123 
    • Once we have received the item/s, we will be sending you an email.  In this email, you will be given store credits in the form of an E-GIFT CARD for the full amount of the item returned.  This E-Gift Card does not expire so you may use this at your leisure.  
    • You may browse thru our website for any item you wish to replace your initial purchase with.   Proceed to checkout and input the E-GIFT CARD CODE.   
    • Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in sending the items to us and back to you.
    • Your order/exchange will be processed after you have settled any additional costs (shipping cost or any price difference) via PayPal, Bank Transfer (BPI and METROBANK), PayMaya or GCash.
    • Made to order items are not eligible for return.  Made to order items include but not limited to styles under HEMLOCK GOLD.  Please carefully check product description.

     

    *We have a strict quality control process to ensure all Hemlock items you purchase are in excellent condition.  Should you receive damaged or defective items, or if you have received a different item from what you ordered, we will replace these items with no additional cost to you.
