Returns Policy
Do you wish to return an item purchased? Here are the following steps to facilitate your return process:
- Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab located on the upper right corner section of the Hemlock homepage. Once logged in, you will automatically be directed to your account page.
- Your account page will show your order history. Click on the ORDER NUMBER you wish to modify then click on the REQUEST RETURN tab.
- Select the item you wish to return and a reason for your request.
- Click on the REQUEST RETURN button to proceed.
- You will be notified via email once your return request has been approved. You may also view the status ofyour request on your account page.
- Once approved, you may send the items back to our shop. Kindly send the items within 7 business days from receipt of item otherwise, all sales will be deemend final.
- Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in sending the items to us and back to you.
- Once we have received the item/s, we will be sending you an emaiil for your store credits in the form of an E-GIFT CARD for the full amount of the item returned. This E-Gift Card does not expire and may be used on multiple transactions as long as you still have an available balance in your store credits.
- You may browse thru our website for any item you wish to replace your initial purchase with. Upon, checkout kindly input the E-GIFT CARD CODE previously emailed.
- Your order/exchange will be processed after you have settled any additional costs (shipping cost or any price difference) via PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI and Unionbank via PAYMONGO.
- Made to order items are not eligible for return. Made to order items include but not limited to styles under HEMLOCK GOLD. Please carefully check product description.

*We have a strict quality control process to ensure all Hemlock items you purchase are in excellent condition. Should you receive damaged or defective items, or if you have received a different item from what you ordered, we will replace these items with no additional cost to you.
